Whether you are experiencing neck & shoulder pain due to long periods working at a desk; recovering from injury or surgery; have a chronic condition that's affecting your mobility - or you simply need some relaxing time-out, I will work with you to relieve muscular tension held in the body and help you get back to doing the things you love.

Each treatment is bespoke and tailored specifically to the person - there is no pre-set routine. We’ll discuss your needs and preferences and I treat using a combination of techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot & cold therapy, cupping, assisted stretching and follow-up rehabilitation work.

My goal with Unbound is simply to help people feel better so they can continue doing the things they want (and need) to do. Having experienced first-hand the discomfort and stresses that can emerge as a result of our busy working lives, I appreciate the value of holistic massage treatment that is both effective and relaxing. I strive always to balance the needs of restoring muscular function whilst paying attention to calming the nervous system. I look forward to meeting you!
